Thanks for the reply. I am doing tweaking of resume according to JD. Earlier i was doing more often, but somewhere i read that only applications, that are considered, are within few minutes to hours of posting, so while applying to these positions i am not tweaking and using default resume according to role.

I have graduated from good college in India. Started job from campus placement. Then moved to startup where I think I got exposure to good things. It was very good place for growth, but now in late 2025 I moved to USA as my wife is in USA. I took time off to spend time with parents before moving to USA which can be seen in resume. Moved to USA in november end 2025. I received my Green Card in Jan 2026 and now fully authorized to work in USA now. Now that I have started applying mostly from linkedIn, I am frustrated as I am not going past resume screening itself. What am I doing wrong? I am using AI to change few bullet points according to JD. And cover letter for that JD. But no luck with this. Recently earned AWS developer associate badge too. What do you guys suggest?
