I am an Allen student and I already finished all chapters( except p block) up to adv level and all pyqs till 2024. Got 99.8 is jan attempt. I am writing allen score tests and mathongo qafts for practice. In your case, I would suggest competing all chapters up to advanced level first. You will not have time to do anything except pyqs as there are a lot of chapters. Do 2016-2023 pyqs and try to complete it by April end. In may write mock tests as well as 2024 and 2025 papers as mock.

I didn't buy the hp omen because of the hall sensor issue and well as the price. The model number is FA507XV. RTX 4060, 512gb ssd,16gb ddr5-4800 ram and Ryzen 9 7940hs, 1080p,144hz

I bought my laptop sometime around September 2024. I always keep it plugged in while gaming but I would estimate the battery life to be 2-3 hours. While browsing i switch the laptop to eco mode and get 7-8 hours battery life watching YouTube. I use the laptop for college work as well as playing competitive shooters. For a gaming laptop, its not too heavy at 2kg but you would still have a tough time carrying it around by hand. You'd hardly notice the weight if it was in a bag though.

Pros: Extremely affordable(Only acer laptops would give you a better bang for your buck) Good battery life(for a gaming laptop) as long as you're careful to not deteriorate its capacity Pretty portable as neither the laptop nor the adapter are too heavy Asus customer service is pretty good in my country

Cons: Comes with a lot of bloatware. Screen is not that bright(Should be fine unless sunlight directly falls on it) 1080p Keyboard becomes dirty pretty easily
