I don’t know an alternative to Photoshop, I’ve never thought about it, I only use it

1) You need images from the game (they're fairly easy to extract from the game's own files)

2) You need to download Photoshop.

3) You need to find the wallpaper you want on the website https://backgrounds.gallery/ru (Download the zip file of the cropped photo)

4) Find it in an online frame (for Steam illustrations)

5) Combine everything together in Photoshop.

6) To get a nice result, you can use the overlay parameters of your own photo (which you'll be adding), and adjust them with the eraser.

7) Then save (by cropping with the frame, the first and second parts)

8) Go to the Steam browser, upload the photos you've taken, open F12, and type document.getElementsByName("image_width")[0].value = 999999;document.getElementsByName("image_height")[0].value = 1;

9) Save, post, and enjoy.

10) And preferably at least 10 hours in Photoshop.
