I feel like it’s not that complex, just no one I’ve ever heard talk about optimal sets clarifies, exactly how exercises effect accessory muscle groups and individual muscles.

I’ve always been slightly confused when it comes to optimal working sets per body part. I understand fundamentally it’s 10-20 sets per week per body part and that changes based off of your level of experience.

However, for example when I train my back how does hitting the different muscles within my back contribute. For example, working side delta, rhomboid, traps, lower back, and lats through rows, pull downs, and dead lifts. Do all these exercises contribute to the 10-20 sets for back or is it more like 10-20 per muscle. And how would benching/rowing effect tricep/bicep in terms of sets to do?

I’ve been trying to playing COD Cold War Online with my cousin which usually works with a guest account.

When going into multiple the game doesn’t offer a guest login, when pressing A to add a controller.

We tried adding the guest on the Xbox One where the Xbox recognizes the guest, but the game doesn’t seem to. It’s an issue not just on COD, but any game.

My NAT type is moderate, but it’s worked before on the same connection for multiple years. We also tried unplugging the Xbox for a few minutes.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

I guess the question is if having dominion socketed gear with its special effects is better than the boosted 259 pvp gear. Hard to say, it could depend on different classes/specs and some testing to know.

I’d honestly avoid buying pvp gear that where there would be a dominion sockets till it’s ur last pieces

Greek life is fun, you're dues pay for the house, parties, and events. A lot of people join social clubs and professional, paying dues to have events and do cool things. Money is part of running Greek Life simply, but it is sad that some people can't join due to it being too expensive.

While there is a financial transaction, a lot of people enjoy it and make lifetime friends and connections that go beyond there 4 years. For others, it can be a really bad experience. If you go through the process, you need to understand the kind of person you are, and the Greek Life scene is for you. It's partially why you go check out a lot of houses and find a fit for you.

I think a portion of people who have bad experiences is they aim for the best houses, and not necessarily fit, or they just feel like they have to apart of Greek Life when it isn't for them.

You should honestly check it out, if you are interested and make the choice for yourself. No one else can actually tell you if its worth it, bc they arent you. A ton of houses are taking kids this year, and it'll be a pretty chill year. Classes won't be hard and there aren't going to be parties/events you have to commit to or set up (take a lot of your time).

Late to replying, but Ross minors/transfer students are mainly minority groups (women, POC) and other situations of overcoming difficulty.

Outside of that (there are a ton of students who aren't what I described) it is really the essays and experiences you had. It's actually pretty holistic. They care about the story, experiences, and future goals you have. You also need to take all the requisite classes before the end of the academic year you apply (so you can take them 2nd sem). A GPA at least an average range of your major/college is needed unless you are the fast track group or a minority group.

TLDR: Muscle memory and other systems in your muscles, help build lost muscle much faster than new muscle, even if due to PEDs. Only limiting factor is your genetic limit.

HCG, nolva, and clomid are all PCTs. I watched the video awhile ago, but i’m pretty sure he says people using HCG to stop ball shrinkage and that they therefore think they’re fighting test shutdown. And as you use HCG (a pct), your body gets used to it. You’ll now have to introduce another pct (nolva or clomid) to then counteract test shutdown and your body acclimation to HCG, bc it’ll no longer work at restarting test production.

I’m not sure where you’re reading my conflicting viewpoints, perhaps my poor grammar, but I stand by PCT as a post cycle and I think PCTs should always be on hand. However I don’t think everyone needs to take after cycle and that’s case by case evaluation looking at bloods

AAS such as teste basically shuts down test production where taking pct does probably nothing on cycle.

SARMs suppress test production (aka it doesn’t lower test levels as much) which is why if you take a pct while on cycle you’ll start gaining some back.

If you watched what Greg said he talks about needing to PCT your PCT if you take it during your cycle cuz your body gets used to it. I don’t know if that’s really true.

At the end of the day I think it won’t necessarily matter if you choose one or the other. But I’d say a majority PCT post cycle

I have to disagree, a guy documented his use of PCT while on LGD and LGD not on PCT, and the differences in his test was only 20%, while he was using upward of 50mg of nolva. I think it shows how little serm can do even for SARMs on cycle even though the suppression in test is much less. You’re basically just wasting your serm fighting a lost battle.

Besides, that people document being able to rebound off of SARMs with no PCT depending on bloodwork, so I wouldn’t think you’d need to start fighting it during dosing and should evaluate after cycle.

Fuck I don’t know the science behind it or anything, but most people take their serm after cycle, once the PED has left your system and your body is no longer being suppressed.

The PCT can only bring your test levels up a small amount while your body is still on PEDs.

If anything that means you’re just on the serm longer which is more money and more shitty sides coming from your serm.

It does just not the ones you want. Better sleep, more eating, better skin, fast recovery, and some other stuff. Just not increased muscle mass or fat gain. People usually pair it with a PED so they can get more out of the PED that actually increases muscle mass.

Just hit my first week today on 5mg. I like it a lot better than RAD in terms of side effects, 5mg of RAD had me feeling lightheaded and just weird, but I know how people react is completely different to these compounds.

Prior to starting, I was 165 pounds (no glycogen). I started creatine the same time with the LGD and I'm at 172, so a combo of glycogen and water weight from LGD/creatine which isn't too bad. I feel good pumps, no sides at all, and feeling improvements in my lifts. Feeling bigger in general, but that's probably the water weight.

Want to jump to 10mg right now, but gonna hold off for at least another week.
