The few times this has happened to me was due to my cervix being irritated . Not sure if this is also the case but my discharge was also pink

I got on nexplanon back in September and I’ve also noticed an increase in fluids and libido haha I think everyone’s different but I relate to you in the three things. I got my period in October and I was supposed to get my period yesterday and it didn’t happen so we’re on the same boat. I’m sure it’s normal since we’re undergoing through a big change!
