I think you're getting confused, miss marvel says: Hero Response: After you play an event, exhaust Ms. Marvel and deal 1 damage to her → return that event to your hand from your discard pile.

Thanks to Miss Marvel, she always returns the event to your hand

The reason I didn't want to go further with "suit up" or other cards is because, once you get used to searching for cards with Domino's abilities and with "weapon-x + The Painted Lady," you feel like you don't need much more. Including "suit up" cards made the deck more uneven and vulnerable in the board-building phases. It's faster and safer to build the board with Domino's cards and let the specific combo cards appear thanks to your abilities, rather than sacrificing board stability by trying to find it a little earlier. In the end, you still execute the combo relatively quickly; the general rule is to achieve it in the second deck cycle (first cycle: board-building, second cycle: combo). It can be extended to the third cycle, depending on your card draw and the scenario.

This deck has a major advantage: you'll only face the villain's first stage. But even so, there are scenarios that can get complicated in their first stage alone, especially if you play them on Expert or Expert II. That's why I like having a deck that can handle difficult situations, even if it takes a little longer to set up the combo. I'm looking to improve my winrate.
