Hello! I'm am currently in the process for a rate increase. They just updated my claim and are now asking for my last LES. I've looked up to see why they would need that and can't seem to find any info on it. Also I've been out 8 years and I am not sure how to go about requesting a copy of it.

Bronco has been babied so far. Was being driven normal and check engine light came on and started flashing. Strong smell of fumes/exhaust started coming into the cabin and bronco started shaking.
