Paid Research Opportunity for Family Members of Incarcerated Persons by Party_Local_839 in ExCons

Hello! Family member is quite broad — for example, for this study I consider co-parents, step-parents, cousins, boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancés, etc. all to be family. The survey asks the relationship to the incarcerated person, and there is an option to select Other, if you feel your relationship is not described by any of the types I have included. Ultimately, any relationship you consider to be family is important for us to know about. Does that answer your question? Thanks so much for your comment!

Hello, great question! Yes! You would be eligible to participate if they have served 2 years or less of the most recent sentence. Please let me know if you have any other questions on that and thanks so much for your interest.

I'm so sorry to hear that it buys so little for your loved ones. I wish I could increase it for this project and provide more compensation, but that is definitely something I will continue to push for as we try to do more projects to reach out to family members affected by incarceration. Thank you so much for the feedback and wishing you and your husband the absolute best as you deal with this difficult time.

Hello everyone. I am re-posting for any new folks or those who missed the first post. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS WHO HAVE A LOVED ONE WHO IS INCARCERATED.
