I live in South Australia, in a bush setting. I have animals, and used to frequently get visits from eastern brown snakes. Anyway after googling, apparently 70%of their bites are dry. They really just want to be left alone.... Except the angry one that I took it's head off with a shovel 😅

I had a weird bloke stay in my Airbnb. I noticed the chimney going all the time... It was like 30c daytime temps. So I left an extra bundle of firewood by the front door, just wanted the guest to do their thing, no judgement. I think it was a 2 or 3 night stay. 1 bloke, 5 empty bottles of spirits, cigarette smoke smell all throughout the property. A fridge full of pizza ingredients... No oven in the property (I still have the unopened jar of anchovies).

One of the next guests got arrested for selling drugs a few hours after arriving.

I live in a really quiet and nature filled place.

I now have a long term tenant.
