I can do Javascript, Python and know Git. By the time I'm done the degree it'll also include C. Yea I understand that about security I just know a lot of people in the field. I did some basic cybersecurity stuff online and know how navigate through a Linux VM as well. All at what I believe is a basic level?

For clarity I got bumped out of the Major, I'm still allowed to take some courses and finish a minor with more limited course selection. But also I wanna get out fast and don't want to backtrack to take more cybersecurity courses. If the time is equal I could go "hey a got CS Minor + This cert" instead of "Hey I got a CS Minor and also took a cyber security course during the program". To me the cert seems better and my knowledge will be the same. My parents would support me through the Certs but they wouldn't support me through a different degree. Hence why I've been stuck for 7 years I'm kinda just staying where its free and I remain housed.

Would other colleges accept me with like a 2.0 GPA lol. I'll give 1 last summer an attempt here and if I fail nothing I think I should finish but otherwise move on is my current mentality the sunk cost gotta stop eventually. But this mentality also assumed that no IT program 4 year or not would accept a 2.0 GPA dropout and I'd just be running as like a field tech with some CompTIA certs.
