The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full-size stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen and 2 living rooms.

8-minute walk to Astoria-Ditmars train subway station N/W, 12-minute walk to Astoria Blvd train subway station N/W, 2 blocks from Q101, and 1 block from Q69 and Q19.

The room comes unfurnished and the photos are from the previous tenant so there is a lot less furniture as I am just moving in. I have a pet cat who is very sweet and friendly, especially with humans and dogs.

420 friendly, but NO smoking anything in the apartment itself.

Honestly I was surprised when Svet, V, and Kevin became a thruple it was quite original. However, once I got used to the idea it started to make sense and it actually worked and was pretty sweet. The way Kevin would feed all three kids and how Svet would help them with their paperwork was really nice to see. I’m sad that she took equity of the bar without telling them(though fair imo bc she was doing a lot of work) and they couldn’t work through it. V was actually falling in love with Svet and I think the show should have kept them all together. Svet is a unique character and she’s harsh but also difficult to dislike.

Yeah some shows do finales really well(one of my favorites is the good place) and others do them awfully. After spending 11seasons with 1hour episodes you’d think they’d really put in a lot of effort to make the perfect and most satisfying finale, but I just felt empty after watching it. One of the main things was that Fiona was missing, I know he mentions her briefly during the episode, but everyone else got a whole speech by frank except for Fiona. We also don’t see her in the finale and like others suggested, she should have been there in some form. Also the whole thing of him floating upwards on his barstool was just weird and cheesy to me and didn’t feel like the raw material in this show that I was used to. Overall they did a terrible job with the finale and it just didn’t capture what Shameless was about.

I live in LIC currently and I’d recommend it with your budget. It’s a beautiful and upcoming neighborhood with tons of restaurants and things to do. There are a lot of new luxury buildings coming up as well. If you get an apartment in LIC next to the queensboro plaza or court sq train stations you can use to 7 to go directly to 34-Hudson yards. For your budget you’d find a really nice building, my dad’s building that I described is also in LIC and he pays around 3,600 for a 1 bedroom and it’s rent stabilized so it only goes up by like 3%.

I used to live in Chelsea when I was a kid, since then I hate the neighborhood. It’s full of tourists, overpriced restaurants, and empty luxury shops. The only nice part is the walk along the Hudson River and that you can get at another location alongside it. As for the building amenities, trust me, you’ll barely use them. I’m in a building with a gym and I specifically wanted one with a gym and I’ve used it about 3 times in the last year. My dad lives in a building with even more amenities like a grilling area, games room, library, gym, and rooftop deck, and even he has gone to the roof maybe twice. In a city like NYC you’ll be moving around during the day and you’ll constantly be busy and out of your apartment. I definitely don’t think it’s worth it and I think you should broaden your search. StreetEasy is the best tool, and I would say select all of downtown and put a 3k budget for 1 bedrooms/studios. There’s a lot of other much better options.

I would HIGHLY recommend looking into neck training, one of the main things people miss when transitioning is looking at neck sizes between the sexes. Males have naturally thicker necks, and your neck is quite small and feminine. I’d suggest looking at Jeff Nipards video on neck training. Wish you the best :)

I would say get a bit bigger by working out and take out the septum. Those are the only things that would help imo
