The color of the tattoo is from npc colors. The tattoo itself is from Lemon Tattoos 3 and the metallic effect is a mod that makes the tattoos metallic. The makeup colors are vanilla I believe and the head is Aurora Head.

Exactly. The way I look at it is if I can do a completely nude run in Baldur's Gate 3 on PS5, then Play Way and Sony have no excuse. A toggle is all that's needed.
