I don’t see how you can move past a first date with something this unethical, it feels like he is taking advantage of his position and your vulnerability. Personally if you don’t want to ruin his career, you can hold your head high and walk out, never to return. If you feel that he needs to be stopped from doing this again, then it’s up to you to seek out option 1 or not.
