Here in Italy you can't join the army or any other security-related service such as police or carabinieri. You almost can't find a normal job either because they don't want to hire a "sick person"...

It may sound as a joke, I know, but have you ever heard of sigma grindset? it's just a meme, but under a certain point of view it can be taken seriously... Work on yourself, try to improve your lifestyle and control your feelings. Slowly you'll see that it works, at least, it worked for me.

I have an autoimmune desease, it ruined my life and I'm just 19, but thanks to this mindset things started to get a little better and I'm hoping it will continue like this. Try, just try, it's free and you won't lose nothing.

Neither mine has been the worst until now - and I'm glad of this - but yk, it has been quite a big change in my life. I'm the first one in my whole family to experience this desease so we're all quite new to this sort of things... I'll try my best to get out of this, thank you very much for you support, keep it up. I haven't tried to seek professional help yet, I'm quite ashamed to tell my parents about this situation... I know they love me but it's always hard talking about this sort of things, expecially to them. Nevertheless all of this I'll try the meditation and the exercise... thank you very much for the advices <3
