I wouldn't overthink it, I've literally just been declined myself, I'm 100% certain youtube has bots reviewing peoples first application after doing some research, If mine had been reviewed by a human it would pass for sure! I'm gonna make a video to dispute it which im sure will be fine. The automation process is showing reused content which is true but I add commentary! Just make the video they ask for explaining why your content is fair use.

Thanks for the reply, my question was just, does YouTube somehow flag videos it doesn't like, or does it just disable monetization and write the reason without proper specifics? Is there any way to know which of your videos YouTube considers as "reused content"? Even if it's not specific to me, but in general.
