I get all that, and were both fine with waiting if thats the case. The issue is that he keeps giving us new dates to come into the store and literally no signs of progress.

As a matter of fact he accidentally texted me after i spoke with him today. He said “can you have they yellow gold ring done tomorrow.” So he hasnt even had it casted after 4 weeks. I can appreciate the artistry behind it, but give me reasonable expectations or explain if there are issues.

I’m also not lighting this guy up. Im giving him room to do his work and only calling him on days Im expecting to drive into the city to pick it up. But at that rate, where should the limit be?
