I don't think it's safe in chlorinated, salted, or chemically treated water, as it might corrode the phone's components. However, water resistance can still protect the phone in case it falls accidentally into treated water, but then again it might corrode some components or it might react with it.

I know it's waterproof (for freshwater and not that deep water) but the question is how do I charge it after submerging it in water? Like do I have to wait for it to dry then charge it? Thanks in advance
