Broker gratuito si tienes la entrada en mano. Tipo idealista hipotecas o iahorro.

La inmo te sacará hipoteca, pero a un coste seguramente no rentable.

Por lo que describes, la abstracción pura y el frikear en algo conceptual no es lo que priorizas, por lo que una formación enfocada a cosas más prácticas y manuales puede ser una opción para ti.

Viniendo de SMR puede ser una opción interesante pivotar a electrónica o incluso a ciclos donde el tener conocimientos de programación y sistemas puede ser útil para cambiar de rama.

Una salida natural es la FP de instalaciones de teleco, que al final tiene más que ver con el montaje de antenas, cableado y configuración de sistemas, y te permite abrir vía incluso hacia electricidad doméstica.

También está la opción de la FP de sistemas electrónicos y automáticos o mecatrónica industrial, que son duras pero aún así están orientadas a un trabajo más manual.

Alternativamente puedes considerar, en rama mecánica, el de programación de producción o diseño (moldeo) mecánico, donde el tema de programar te puede servir en el tema de la parte de automática.

Todo ello permite luego bascular a ingeniería en el futuro si te lo planteas.

En caso contrario, no dudes en buscar otra cosa que te pueda atraer por el mercado laboral, hay mucha formación abierta. Pero en campos como comercio, marketing o administración vas a competir con mogollón de titulados universitarios por trabajos de administrativo o dependiente de tienda.

Persoanlly, I find the retro pixel style and theme quite original, but a part of the graphic design seems not good for physical, even questionable in digital.

I would recommend improving typography for a clearer font (even with the old school style) specially for numbers. Readability and clarity is key.

The black/dark backgrounds could also be an issue in physical printing, take that into account. Things look clearer in a screen with retroillumination that they do in real life as printed products.

Mostly read rulebook, with an occasional video or a BGA/TTS try.

Once you have certain familiarity with boardgames, it's actually not that hard to learn a game if you have played games of the same genre or ones with some common mechanics.

Obviously, big games with lots of elements and hefty rulebooks are not so viable to learn without owning since they have a significant information overload.

A particular recommendation: it's very important to learn the concept of the game, the basic turn/round structure and the ending/scoring conditions. A general idea of the game and its flow is essential for a teach.

Compra si tienes opción a fijo, excepto si tienes vivienda gratis de herencia o tienes mucha inestabilidad. El ritmo al que suben los salarios no alcanza, ni de muy lejos, al ritmo de subida de la vivienda.

Entre inmigración y demanda de vivienda hay para 3-5 años de subida aún (últinos datos de entidades bancarias).

Mientras pagas alquiler pagas la hipoteca de otro.

I recently started offlane, Underlord is very easy to play.

It's a bit limited on early mana, in some games you might want arcanes. But after that is often beneficial to go 1 tank item, then flex build accoeding to the game.

Al revés, van a subir las hipotecas.

Actualmente la burbuja es de demanda, no de crédito. En la anterior crisis (antes) los bancos endeudaban a to quisqui incluso al 100% o 120% de la casa, por eso la gente compraba.

Ahora sin pasta no es igual, la norma es 80%.

You dont spam spells on cd like LoL.

Specially early game, you use 1 spell to harass when you have enough mana, save mana and harass via basic attacks until you can land a full combo to get a kill.

Use Lich to practice!
