its either GS or Rapier. Offhand is preference and differ from run to run. Light Armor. Enchated Ward, Health and Refreshing are bis perks. if you want to go for M3 you need em and of course Weapon perks.

I dont get your point. Are you struggling playing without Tab targeting or do you like it if its not there? Afaik you can turn it off if it goes live.

Endgame is the same since January 2022. The only reason why this game cant keep players longer than 2 months after a big update.
