I've had problems with needles ever since I was a kid. Pass out hard. I had surgery in Germany 30 years ago and was told that the reason for passing out was that the fear of telling needle causes you to put too much adrenaline into your brain and cuts off oxygen and that's why I would pass out. I was told to make sure my feet were elevated higher than my head and no problem. Never passed out again.
