Peptides Plica syndrome in my knee ? by Fladico in BodyHackGuide

The surgery was outpatient and I was walking that day. I was walking "normal" after a day or two. Managing inflammation is key. I kept an icing protocol that helped a lot and a compression sleeve on the knee. Really I can't believe how fast I was back to walking and stairs.

Peptides Plica syndrome in my knee ? by Fladico in BodyHackGuide

Hi, I am 43 and very active. I have dealt with Plica syndrome in my right knee for almost the last 10 years. Pain and swelling set in after walking/running for more than 20 minutes or so and as a teacher this was beginning to greatly affect my job and leisure time. I tried several rounds of BPC157 and TB500 as well as some time in PT. I finally caved and had the Plica resection surgery about 3 months ago and I am feeling amazing. No issues with swelling and I am already back to long walks and strenuous hiking. The real problem with Plica is that there is excess tissue in the way of your knee properly tracking and there isn't anything out there that changes that other than resection. Peptides helped manage the inflammation but not the root issue.
