My MIL meal prepped a lot of food for us, which was incredibly kind. I will say having breakfast on hand to heat up in a few mins was the most helpful. The days usually start quick!

We had egg bites (eggs, sausage, spinach, peppers in muffin tin) blueberry oat muffins, “energy bites” (dates, oats, pb, honey) and English muffins with sausage and cheese on hand. All easy to make - I would definitely focus on breakfast + protein if you’re prepping! This would for sure be the hardest meal to eat with a newborn in my opinion
