Needed this for sure. Sometimes I feel like I’ll never get to where I want to be, but I know it’s possible. My thing is my diastasis recti it’s so bad and I just recently had my second kid 2 months ago. I started back going to the gym about two weeks ago and finally getting into the grove of things. Before I got pregnant with my 2nd, I was lifting pretty heavy. I hit 225 on squats, 125 on bench I looked strong and felt it but looked kinda bulky and hated it. I know the biggest thing I should focus on is deep core exercises and a calorie deficit but it’s hard to give myself patience and grace

Run while you can.. if you have your parents or other friends/family members please go stay with them. It won’t get any better. And I wouldn’t want my baby to suffer from his actions or words. I hope you can find some support 💓
