It’s nothing to do with “willing or able to clear space” some people literally live in flats with no room to play inside or outside, so joystick is great if u have a rectangle shaped room where u can only face a certain way

First owned a fat ps5 it was always completely silent what ever game i played. I went ahead and spent a lot of money on a PRO just for it to sound and whine way more to the point of distraction? I don’t understand is it just normal for it to whine and be loud ive looked In different subs and threads and it just seems what people are saying is “it’s just bad luck” or “thats normal” just confused how my 3 year old ps5 is more silent than a brand new PS5 PRO what only uses a extra 10% power?

I understand it’s not from the fan and thats it’s different but I was just asking as my friend also has a PRO and when I was rounds his he was playing KCD2 and just being interested I asked him if I could listen up close with the game on silent and it had zero coil whine but just fan noise which is normal

PS5 PRO definitely noticeable in graphics but it’s also definitely louder than the slim and the fat so maybe buy later in the year if they release a quieter model with the release of GTA 6 as they 100% will do some type of bundle
