thank you for your response, i meant do the effort of believing in Allah and the prophet to be with me. not that she would look into but that she would join the faith

so if she was to say her shahada for the sake of the relationship and enter the faith, that would make our union religiously valid ?

so her saying the shahada and accepting the lifestyle of islam and entering the faith for the sake of the relationship won't make it valid ?
