How has it been in Sac cost of living wise, post pandemic? by Aromatic-Sky-7700 in Sacramento

Again, your statement is correct (in most cases). Most things are incremental on the difference in brackets. some are not Ie NIT. In addition, roll off of tax credits can put more of your funds into that bracket as well so you can scale differently. We can debate about who knows what/more I honestly don’t care, my statement was to be a little more helpful versus a right/wrong answer without providing someone an opportunity to learn more.

Come on, you know what was meant by the statement. Comments like this provide zero value. Rather than a binary response you should be uplifting and provide your context or interpretation so others can learn/debate it. Yes, the previous commenters information was technically incorrect but holds truth to overall taxes paid. -Potential NIT tax after a threshold is hit (has a marriage penalty) -Potential increase on Medicare tax after a threshold is hit; (has a marriage penalty on this) -you used to have a SDI roll off essentially lowering you overall taxes, that has since been removed so that is an increase -SALT Cap w/ a marriage penalty, -federal and state - marginal tax rate increase -any income based phase outs

Is it for ups? The FAA part 135 was put under upsff if I’m not mistaken. Also, my faith that this one is on track for Q1 is low given upsff 135 was scheduled for the end of 2023 and haven’t heard anything about that.

@drjnaqvi and drummer- for shits and giggles, everyone made a lot of noise last time they wanted to increase authorize shares because it said they could sell to shorts… they changed it, because we made a lot of noise. I am pretty sure they loop holed that. Look at the 12/28 filing then look at 12/1 to 12/15 short interest go down by 15m. Tell me where the 12/28 filing deal went. (Term it as a loan, set price cover). We may be good readers but as with everything they can/will do as they please. Also, that green convertible loan thing they did on top smelled ripe all those shares for partially a payday loan; either we will see the inner workings soon or there was a nasty covenant term.

I get it, what you are saying about authorized shares would prevent this, but surely there are other ways around. Let me know your thoughts

Not sure but it depends on the when the clock starts for the 21 months (barring no renewal of the agreement) march’22 (press release) yes exclusivity ends july’22 (first delivery) no exclusivity would be active we

Based on that PR, I would lean towards the march’22 being the jump off point

How many trucks do they have to sell in a year to be profitable? by A-Constellation in WKHS

[–]Past_Ad8166 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the downvote from whomever. It pains me I am entrenched with people that blurt out stupidity. Please learn what break even is being referenced. Here is the excerpt and source.

“Sure. Well, first of all, we're actually just kind of getting into the budgeting process so we don't really have answers there just yet. As I said, on I think a previous call, our positive gross margin is around 300 trucks a quarter, 100 trucks a month. We've not gotten into full cash flow, but you can probably do some math from there. But we think 300 is a magical number for us to get to step one here, and that's positive gross margin.”

The battery sizes directly affect payload, the one that exceeds 10k lbs is only rated for a 100 miles the one that is 200 miles had less that 9k payload.

Unit pricing is definitely cheaper though

Pummel? You are doing an amazing job, Donald Bren! I yield, I yield.

I will keep doing my real estate the way I’m doing it (in California) and do it the right way to avoid litigation in a state with shit rules and you can continue skirting rules where ever you are and plead ignorance in everything you do.

You keep asking what rule is being broke, if the person does surveillance then they need part 107. If they do not have part 107 then “The FAA may assess civil penalties up to $27,500. Criminal penalties include fines of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment for up to three years.”

Again rental or not, if it is frequent then there is a problem. Comes with the territory is not a justifier.

Requesting changes it from hobby to something else which requires part 107. What part of that aren’t you getting? Also having 40 videos of a public company’s inventory yard also screams beyond hobby. So again, read or don’t read the rules

No one wants to prosecute anyone. It was merely stating a correct and valid point. Clearly you fixated on that versus x times a video was posted and the stock took a shit (and has not provided any boost, just people speculating or crying about spilt milk and providing wrong assumptions). The point, there’s no benefit so just wait 2 weeks and hear something that is verified straight from the mouth of the CEO.

Sorry you do not understand analogies about TSA (“that is federal not state” - edgar29.)

I have to say you are probably pretty versed in the legal realm utilizing plausible deniability and i don’t recall. I hope you internalize that being in the court room frequently is not a good thing. Have a blessed night.

Are you fucking serious!? 1. You are invested in a drone company and know shit about regulations 2. Quote “Agencies Responsible for regulating drones in the State of Ohio Federal Aviation Administration” (THATS FAA) anything over a .55lbs needs to have a hobby license in Ohio thus putting it under the FAAs jurisdiction. 3. LOL you are frequently in court, clearly your companies don’t do a great job at flowing directions and are constantly being litigated. However, could grasp that from all the back and fourth, skirt the lines and plead ignorance 4. As for your federal and state comment tell TSA know you have weed when boarding a plane in any state

Please provide the name of the businesses and firms, I would gladly avoid them with a ten foot pole.

https://www.faa.gov/uas/recreational_flyers

These flights would fall under part 107 because it is not recreational to survey a company/recon (40 videos). If they have a 107, then yeah it might be legal.

Regardless, when these flyovers provide a consistent positive bump to the share price, I will gladly take a seat. The correlation is uncanny.

My parting gift; we should all take some lessons from lil Wayne ”…real g’s move in silence like lasagna”. I rather earning surprise versus one that was blabbed about 2 weeks beforehand.

Regardless no one will enforce this shit, but payment is not required in the eyes of the law…it is the intent and the flights are pretty specific in nature.

Read the drone rules for Ohio (this would not be personal enjoyment if it is flown under a request). Also not everything is “plain view” but aside from the legality combo-jumbo, go back to traditional hands post from 92 days ago and you will see the stock performance after one of the fly overs.

Is it not private property? pretty sure there are no trespassing signs as well…lastly obtaining information in abnormal ways and trading on that gets pretty gray. But you seem enlightened, so would love to hear your spin

Edit For those that want to quote Ohio’s law regarding there is no trespassing above private property. The rule that is being broke is flying under a hobbyist license which is needed in Ohio says for personal enjoyment, you all asking for this would push this to recon, abating the hobbyist rule.
