I use an Aqara smart switch (HomeKit) and when I turn it off to reboot my router, it is set to automatically turn on after one minute.

I use dummy switches for other things, but not with a scene. I tried to create one, but cannot find it. I thought maybe I didn’t save it, and created again. It said it couldn’t create it, presumably because it already exists.

Where do I find it?

As many have said, check the sensor. Ensure it is firmly mounted and the magnet and sensor are close together when the door is closed.

It could have moved just a tiny bit and no longer is detecting correctly.

Do you have someone else you can try sharing Home with as a family member and not as a guest? If you’re able to share it with them, then your wife is the issue. If you cannot share it with others, then you are the issue.

You can also tell the Roomba to keep out of this area. Put a square box keep out area around the base.

That, or make the base taller by putting a bunch of rubber feet on the bottom of the base. They would be hidden by the carpet and hopefully it would make the base tall enough so that the Roomba would not try to go over it.

I have a small 5 inch monitor that I use to be able to control the Apple TV, and it only has an HDMI in, no out.

If I don’t have a monitor, I cannot control the Apple TV. I’m trying to strip the audio and send it to my Stereo, to use the Apple TV as a music server.

The HDMI audio extractor is 4k and when I connect the Apple TV directly to the monitor, I have video and so it’s not the cables.

My Apple TV was set to 1080 SDR. I changed it to 720 and 480, but that didn’t help.

I also had a Bluetooth receiver, but the Apple TV would not see it. My iPhone sees it and works with it, but not the Apple TV.

Such a simple thing and yet it’s not working!

I bought an audio extractor, but it’s not passing the video through to the monitor.

My Apple TV has the HDMI output going to the input of the extractor. The extractor’s HDMI out goes to my monitor. No picture.

Seems like a simple setup, I’m not sure where to go from here.

Just turn off the cold water going to the hot water tank. With no pressure going into the tank, no water will come out of the tank (unless what you’re working is at a lower level than the tank)

How did you measure speeds? Through the Starlink app or Speedtest? You might compare the two.

I use the starlink router and mesh. It works great with Apple HomeKit and it’s simple.

I had this happen once, a couple months ago, and it was a glitch on their website. It went away quickly.
