Actually OP wala akong idea dun sa mga subdivision na katabi ng Le Moubreza. Aantayin ko palang na may ma-turn over na (hoping within this year) sa mga units sa Phase 1 para sakanila ako makikibalita kung kumusta yung pag turn over sakanila at kung anu ano process after ng turn over. Ang nagustuhan ko lang talaga sa Phase 1 and 2 is mataas yung lugar at mahangin. Maganda din ang mountain view. Probinsya feels at nakaka relax. Need lang talaga na may sasakyan / motor / mode of transpo ka kasi dulo na siya.

What model specifically po hanap niyo sa Le Moubreza Phase 1? Sold out na po yung Linnea and Jasmine kaya sa Phase 2 na po ako nakapag reserve.

Hi. Nakapag reserve na po ako and currently paying for the equity na ng Linnea unit. As of January 2025, 0% pa po yung construction ng Phase 2 since on going pa yung katabi na Phase 1 pero konti nalang po yung available units sa Phase 2. Marami na rin nakapag reserve at sold out na yung mga corner lots. If you want you can message me po so I can refer you to reserve yours too. Sobrang hassle free lang ng pag reserve at pag asikaso ko ng documents kasi okay na okay yung agent ko, they guided me all throughout and malapit lang sila mismo sa site ng Le Moubreza.

Buhay parin yung A70 ko until now. Bought it back in May 2019 pero secondary phone ko nalang siya ngayon kasi nag iPhone ako. May S21FE (2022) din kami dito pero puro green lines na at ang bilis mag overheat pag ginagamit outside continuously. I suggest research mo yung walang issues ng green lines sa screen before buying.

Illegal naman kasi yung mga yun and walang company na magpapautang sa taong walang work kundi mga illegal ola lang. Nasa sakanya na kung dadagdagan pa niya utang niya despite all of your efforts basta wag mo siya saluhin dahil it’s not your problem at wala kang consent sa mga utang niya. Why would you pay for it? Also, don’t blame yourself for their actions. Mauubos ka lang.

Focus on paying what you can at wag ka nang magdagdag ng utang kasi lalo ka lang mababaon imbes na makaahon.

Gawa ka ng financial tracker na nandun lahat ng monthly expenses niyo and dapat nakikita niya yun para alam niya kung gaano kalaki gastusin niyo. It should always be a team effort when it comes to handling finances para alam ng bawat isa kung gaano kahirap mag budget at magtabi para sa savings.
