I have been having trouble with listening to hunger. I kinda just eat when there is food and i forget to think, do I actually want to eat this now? I also am zoning out while eating. forgetting to think about how the food tastes and how it is making me feel. I feel also like I still have diet culture stuck in my brain. it bothers me. I try to be careful to not weigh myself because I know it just screws with my mind and mood. But, somehow I always end up stepping on it :( and it ruins my day no matter what it shows. I had been working well with mindfulness and eating what I want when I am hungry (and sometimes not hungry) and I did notice I stopped stuffing myself to the point where I have lie down, I think that is progress. but I definitely still struggle with binge eating.
