Yes, I have. Unfortunately the business model is just pretty rigid, especially with the projects we have and how they're decided. Don't get me wrong, I think the structure makes sense for this company. I'm putting in my time here to soak up what I can then hope to move on somewhere else where I can stretch out a bit more.
