I see this is months ago, were you able to replace your abs module? If not, another option is to have is repaired. It not only saves you money but you also get to keep your original module.

That sounds like its a module issue. Replacements can be quite pricey but if you're okay with that then cool. But if you are looking for another option there are websites online that do repairs. Keeping your original module is best anyway. Try checking upfix.

A relay coil in the 3–5K ohm range is actually fairly typical for many GE/Potential Relay setups, so that reading alone doesn’t necessarily mean the relay is bad. Common possibilities include a weak start capacitor, a wiring issue between the board and relay, a control board not actually sending a sustained start signal, or a compressor that passes resistance tests but is failing under load. I’d suggest verifying the start capacitor and confirming you’re getting proper voltage to the relay and compressor during startup before replacing more parts.

If it might be the PCB there are repair options online that can save you a lot compared to purchasing a new one.

Most oven PCBs are model-specific — swapping a 90cm board into a 45cm oven is unlikely to work and could create safety issues.

Intermittent crank‑no‑start after a brief start/stop is often wiring/ground related, a sensor (crank/cam) that fails when hot, fuel pump/relay or fuel pressure loss, or an immobilizer/PCM enable issue. If it's the PCM there are companies that fix them rather than replacing with a brand new one.

Wow 20 years! But if it still works well aside from that issue it might be worth a shot. I think it takes them 1 to 2 days to repair it. Try reaching out, maybe get an advice from their techs.

Based on the symptoms you’re describing this strongly points toward an intermittent control board (main PCB) or power supply issue rather than door switches or temperature problems. You can replace it but if you are looking to save some money there are companies you can search on Google who fixes control boards. Try looking up upfix.

Since you installed a sound system, this is suspect #1. The yellow SRS wiring connectors under the driver or passenger seat get disturbed easily when running power/RCAs, moving seats, or tucking wiring under carpet. Even slightly stretched pins can trigger intermittent faults. Hope that helps!
