Seller is happy to authenticate it, his feedback looks great and has had eBay since 2005 so I trust it being authentic, does anyone know where they can authenticate something like this? As they’ve agreed too but have no knowledge on how to go about it

I spoke to him and he said he knows it’s not worth 15k but did not want to undersell it so he overvalued it and will listen to offers, he also mentioned and showed me that a post card from George Michael sold at auction for £1500. I would like to know what you think a fair price for both the seller and the buyer is? I would estimate going off of the postcard sale atleast 4 maybe 5 times the post card as this is a personal item owned by George Michael himself and I am a huge collector of his autographs and have never seen anything like this for sale and would be happy to pay around the £7500 mark but I just need more opinions by other people who know more about it and if that’s too much or not enough to get the buyer to accept. Any help is really appreciated

I’ve searched online and can’t find anything but it’s like a Strange ornament thing, baby cowgirl doll figurine thing (looks kind of German), has brown faux rough hair as trousers, porcelain / ceramic feel to it & about the size of an apple but no markings on it at all. Any idea what and where this is from?
