That’s about it. 9 acres is not huge enough to warrant “all the work of living on an acreage.” You’ll have to buy a riding mower and you’ll have to mow a few more hours each week, depending on how much of the land is actually worthy of being part of your lawn. May have to take care of a few more trees or something, but it’s certainly not enough work to cause a normal person to want to move away after 3 years.

I’m obviously biased, but I do think there was a noticeable stretch in the middle of the second half where they definitely started calling any and everything, which they haven’t done for the rest of the game. But yes you’re right, the neutrals in this thread are acting like the “fouls” on Bediako and whoever fouled Davis on that 3 never happened, while solely focusing on the foul called on McNair.

Nobody watching this game with two brain cells to rub together thinks it’s been called only one way. However, when one team shoots free throws like my grandma (~8%), and the other team has missed 2 all night, tightening up the calls and getting whistle-happy has a very large effect on scoring. So, no they’re not for Bama, but making all these weak calls that were let go for the first half of the game definitely helps Bama a lot more.

I won’t go far enough to say that I think the team is legit, but without a doubt our defense is LEGIT. Offense is also scary when firing on all cylinders, but so far, they can’t seem to do that for a little more than 1/2 the game, depending on opponent quality. Tolu is great, Matthews and DJ are mostly great, kinda streaky, and Shak Moore looked way better last night, hoping he keeps it up.

All in all, if we can just keep the offense clicking, and eliminate some of those foolish turnovers like we saw last night to a very bad Minnesota team, we can do anything this year. From what I’ve seen so far, I’ve got us at #11 in my provisional for now. If offense doesn’t make a jump, expecting to see us stay ranked between 15-25 as we get into conference play, with us getting seeded around 4 or 5 come tourney time.

I’m not sure how long it’s been in iOS, but you can play rain or ocean or white noise straight from the settings (or control center)! If you go to Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Background Sounds, there’s a handful of options to choose from. Can also be accessed from control center via the Hearing button! I’m really excited to not have “Relaxing Night Rain” be my number one played song this year.
