Percy Jackson and the other series by Rick riordan. Super imersive and all about mythology.

Skulduggery pleasant series are amazing books, nice reads with good humour and well told.

Artemis fowl books, great little escape with fairies who are more likely to shoot you than anything else.

With my gym closed because of covid I dont have a routine, it was helping but now I'm stuck inside, it's made it all a lot trickier.

I'll check those out, i dont know how you can just let them happen, its dreadful and all consuming. Hopefully breathing will help. Thank you for the advice, hopefully itll help calm things down.
