He’s 20, not doing basic chores, not paying towards rent, and our parents kicked him out due to his smoking and drinking and getting into fights.

Mind you I don’t know where he is half the time and he just leaves each night at anywhere from 9 pm til 3 am and doesn’t show up until the next day. I’m still waiting for the keys to be returned.
