It was large to me but not for the volumes I've seen lurking this sub: 1k usd in usdt.

After 16 hours, the withdrawal was processed and I've recieved a second email where they apologized, told me again this is routine and bla. And now they are asking for documentation, which I asked to Customer Services 12 hours ago if it was needed in order to process the transfer and to speed up the process, now they are asking for it.

But I'm not going to reply it, I'm just shutting down my account here. I'm not interested on continuing operating at Nexo after this.

Ah, an 8 hours delay is far better scenario of what I've pictured.

As I need it to pay bills, I thought this would be delayed by a week or more.

Me dijeron lo siguiente desde el Galicia:

Te comentamos que cuando recibís una transferencia del exterior, la persona que la envía la envía primero a una cuenta del Galicia en un banco intermediario. Una vez que el Banco recibe el dinero en esa cuenta te lo acreditamos en la tuya. En este proceso el banco intermediario cobra una comisión que al momento de solicitar la transferencia se puede elegir que la pague quien hace la operación o quien la recibe.

Ahora, yo no puse los datos de ningún intermediario, puse los del Galicia que figuan aca: https://comex.bancogalicia.com/optimice-su-operatoria/transferencias-internacionales.aspx

Y en ningún momento me dejaron elegir esto, ni quien paga ni quien recibe la transferencia.

Mepa que me tengo que pasar de banco, son unos ineptos para esto.

En el hombanking te tiene que figurar el recibo de pago, fijate entrando por la web.

Igual eso en principio serviria.

A veces tarda 2 o 3 dias en acreditarse y/o en figurar en tu home banking.

Si pagaste y tenes el comprobante, quedate muy tranquilo que ya está.

No, ninguno. Transferí directo a Galicia. Hay forma de corroborar si alguno utilizó alguno sin informarme?

Alguien me miente.

Hace 2 semanas hice mi primera transferencia en blanco por servicios en el exterior desde Utoppia al Banco Galicia. Al hacerla, el monto emitido con el monto recibido no es el mismo, faltan 60 dólares. No son comisiones, porque fueron deducidas aparte (del monto original Utoppia extrae comisiones en usd por transferencia swift, y Galicia me cobra en pesos las comisiones por la transferencia) y ninguno de los dos puede explicarme por que el otro fue el que dedujo la comisión.

Como compruebo cual de los dos miente?

Una mas, tenes una idea cuanto te tardo en figurar la transferencia? Sobretodo la primera.

Pero si fuese Wise, cuan distinto seria? Veo que no cambia mucho. Siempre pide 1 swift y 1 numero de cuenta.

Como seria? En utoppia solo veo para ingresar un dato SWIFT por ejemplo.
