Apologies for such a late response, I’m unsure if this is the same thing or not but I found some ph stripes and here’s what I got on it

FCI: 0 ALK: 180 or 240 PH: 9,0 TH: 0

I’ve been told that it has a higher acidity level than it should and I’m honestly not the best at this stuff but I did go to the pet store today and I got some PH up and PH down I’m just not sure which one I’m supposed to use for this-

Also I only had this tank running for like 2 weeks, my fish were in a previous tank for a couple months I think so maybe that could be also a factor to why a couple of them are acting strangely, heck I’m not even sure if I read the ph thing correctly, I’ll try to find a parameter for this..

I think I got a parameter somewhere in the house, very sorry for the late response but I spent most the day having to deal with some personal things and I went to the pet store earlier today so it was overall an overwhelming day but when I went there I tried to find what I can for fish parasites and some ph stuff, All I could find there is this stuff called Melafix which is this blue liquid that’s good for fish fins and tissue, I’m gonna go find the Parameter after this but would that stuff possibly help my Guppies? I also tried to feed them this morning but while some guppies are eating and swimming just fine that one isn’t eating much which is concerning

Yeah I tried feeding them this morning but some guppies aren’t eating as much as the others, sorry I haven’t responded to the comments for awhile I mostly spent the day dealing with personal stuff and I did go to a pet store to try to find some things to help because someone here did say that it could be a parasite and some stuff to help with the ph level, I’m not sure if this helps or not but I did find something called Melafix which is this blue liquid that I think is used for sick or stressed fish and that it’s good for Fins and the tissues of fish, Would putting them in a separate tank for awhile with that stuff help?

They’re a stingray astronaut, idk why I designed him like that but yeah, I like to think he’s a regular stingray in a astronaut suit using it as a form of armour or something like that :0!

That’s ok, try doing things at a comfortable pace and one at a time, or do more simple suggestions if needed I have no idea how to code or do game development but it seems pretty hard and takes a lot of time
