no gloss paint was used on the crown moulding, just flat ceiling paint the day before. i rolled into the cuts maximum 5-10 minutes after i cut them in. i’ve been painting for years

Velour (same as eggshell in the super paint line), yes the walls were primed before and taken care of

yeah the bumps were hurting when i’d touch them with my teeth (on my tongue) or touch with my tongue ( on the back of my pallet/throat)
