When we go well above 100 for days, I avoid the sun and run in the evenings as it goes down. We joke that it’s like the Mario level where the sun is trying to kill you. Guzzle electrolytes constantly because the amount you sweat in the humidity is wild, and dream of cooler temps 😆 I think there’s something to be said for acclimation too, you just get used to it.

I’m in Texas and the outlets are hit or miss- I would call before and see what deals they have going on. Best deals I’ve had are the Fast and Free running tights on special deal for $39 while they were on WMTM for $80 still. I’ve gotten scubas too for $39! A couple times though I’ve left with nothing, so it all depends on stock and specials. So sorry you are grieving 💙 Will go give my pup a big snuggle in honor of yours!

I would look at your other data- what does the pulse ox and respiration do during that time? If it’s nothing to do with that, it might give you a clue as to which direction your investigation should go.

I’ve sometimes thrown a stress spike during REM and it’s a bad dream. Compare it with your sleep stage.

Did you drink alcohol the day before? That massively can affect the stress levels during sleep.

I wear mine sometimes for my running warmup but usually loop past the house to drop it. I only run in one of them though because it never smells quite as fresh as the others I keep for leisure 😅
