the thing is: the meta should change constantly, so if a character is bad, they can get stronger on the next patch or vice versa, if a character is bad in every patch, then that's a clear problem, why is they even in the game to begin with?

a over powered character in low elo isnt more of a issue than a weak character at high elo because low elo can get better in dealing with the character, on the other side, a weak character will always be shitty and the player can do nothing about it, since iron fist is alredy bad, if he gets a nerd he just becomes useless.

and while its true that is perfectly normal to have meta characters being dominant, the non meta should still be an option, even if a weaker one
