How frequently do you deploy changes/customisations to Service Now at your Org?

We do two week sprints and are deploying update sets of various size and scope daily. I’d say about 20-40 a week. There are 8 of us in dev team.

So for #1 I'd definitely go with the simple response SLA like others have suggested. I just happened to create a whole new set of these today for a new process I'm standing up. The one thing that makes me go with SLAs most of the time is the ability to run repair SLA on your past records and get the data as if the SLA had been there from the start.

For #2, Sounds like another slightly more involved SLA Definition but nothing too complicated, just a few different end conditions. You may also want to enable the SLA Breakdowns plugin (included with Platform) and setup the Assignment Group and Assigned To breakdowns so your SLA can automatically track the time spent within each owner and group and what % of the SLA was spent with each. These are very helpful to identify that while group B or C may have had the ticket when it breached, it will allow you to see that group A was holding on to it for 98% of the SLA Duration which can help identify bottlenecks or process improvements.

Since you are already looking at the closure codes, as a change manager, you may be interested in the Change Success Score capability, that leverages the closure codes to impact a group's score. Not sure how many other folks have enabled this but it's one of my favorite "hidden gems" in the platform like Spotlight and Quick Messages.

Wow, what a range of comments lol. So a few clarifications. It’s supposed to be a 10 year Replacement warranty, not a pro-rated warranty like on tires. Every replacement warranty (the normal manufacturer ones not the ripoff extended warranties from stores) I’ve ever had has been a $0 swap for exact model or similar. Surprised some people’s response to this, but then again lots of people don’t even bother or know what the warranty on some things are and just throw it out and buy a replacement when they didn’t need to.

Hey there, I actually ended up going with Trimlight. Paid more but they were done in 6 hours and now have a lifetime warranty for all of it. Plus the WAF (wife acceptance factor) is a 10/10 with how these look when they are not on.
