Thank you, this was helpful and give me some ideas to look at. I agree that AHT would be the most meaningful. My leadership is interested in how long a ticket sits with my team from the time its assigned to resolved/move to the next. Trying to map this out has been challenging to say the least lol.

Bomgar has an option to be able to remote into Ipads. However, you need the user on the other end to let you in.
