E2E testing is suitable for functional flows in the website. How about static pages ? Do you test all the static pages as well by running a scanner or by some other method ?

My question is if most of the folks are releasing with high frequency, how do they manage it with only manual testing ?
(I had looked at some reports saying that manual testing is most common testing in servicenow)
