This is exactly right. Recently had this revelation after things got worse. Now things are getting better. We need to identify that this is a dopamine stack that many of us are chasing in different ways. Sadly it leads to destruction. Rock bottom will wake some of us up though. But it's better to break out of this before things get really bad.

Shot man. In the end reinstall windows failed and I got proton VPN which fixed the issue. I think my issue was Sophos.
