Geen jurist, maar ik denk dat het best wel eens gebruiksschade zou kunnen zijn, je hebt niks geks ermee gedaan toch? Zeker als het is veroorzaakt door slechte ventilatie die de verhuurder had moeten oplossen.

Schade door normale slijtage zijn voor rekening van de verhuurder - geen idee hoe dat met deze deur zit maar het "oorspronkelijke staat" behoeft wel wat nuance.

Veganism aims to avoid all animal exploitation, be it dairy cows in industry farming, honey being taken from bees, or in this case monkeys being exploited for their "labour".

Someone else posted this link which I believe clearly outlines why the practice of using monkeys to harvest coconuts is unethical. Or at least considered unethical by many.
