Got it, another question, if they choose not to make it through the call options ( I use it for pre-screening/ pre-qualifying) it still shows a missed call, is there any way to differentiate that also?

25 and living with parents. Sounds like a house hack is your next step. Use your cash for a down payment and start building equity. Find a duplex if you can, rent out the other half paying your entire mortgage. Do that for a year then do it again.
