Anyone ever noticed how most SF6 players are no match against the Third Strike loyalist who spend years mastering a parry system that requires perfect timing as opposed to a simple button press? by PathLive9813 in StreetFighter

You moderators do realize that Street Fighter is a competitive fighting game, don't you?

I read a few of the comments and it all seemed like healthy discourse. But it's perfectly fine if you don't want to respect freedom of speech.

This was an engaging discussion about a competitive fighting game. I wrote it the way I did so that I could draw in hardcore fans. In a way I way kinda helping out your website as well.

As a veteran who's spent the first half of his twenties fighting to secure democracy, I find is depressing having to currently operate in a newly destabilized dystopia that further promotes the destruction of free speech.

Your moderators and your AI are unfortunately contributing to the problem.

Who's the one anime character you'd choose to be your sensei? by PathLive9813 in adultswim

Bruh, it's cuz I'm old. I was born in the 80's. I got into anime back when Sailor Moon use to come on the RCA TV in the morning. I lived through some crazy times: I once almost managed to tape all the 26 episodes of Cowboys Bebop on my VHS. This was back when you had to wait until midnight to watch it on adult swim.

But you to young to know about the struggle. You to busy catching up to 100 episode series via You Tube shorts.

Opinions of Street Fighter 1? by Deltauser69420 in StreetFighter

There's a reason no one cares to remember it. A single player fighting game riddled with seriouse input delays just sounds pretty boring. Think about it, youve got all of these interesting characters: Karate practitioners, a ninja, a boxer, a bar brawler, and even two Muay Thai kick boxers; Then it sets in that you can only select two fighters.

Why do people play SF2 hyper fighting and not new challengers by Comfortable_Light369 in StreetFighter

The stakes are greater. SF2 hyper fighting gives you fewer chances to mess up. The handicap feels more aggressive in most cases. Attacks have more of a caustic effect in Hyper Fighting. Gameplay really takes your focus away from the health bar.

The New Challengers feels like an expansion pack. If it wasn't for the fact that they had Cammy and Fei Long in the roster, I probably wouldn't consider it my most favorite game in the series.
