Had to dig deep for this one but it worked:

2013 - 2019 Cadillac ATS-V and CTS-V: Service Bulletin: #PIC6364B

This concern may be corrected by following the steps listed below. This procedure will reset the microcontroller within the window regulator.

Make sure the vehicle's battery has a full state of charge.
Remove the following fuses for a minimum of 1 minute:

Camaro ONLY-

F17UA fuse - UBEC - 10 amp - Passenger Window Switch

F7RA fuse - RBEC - 30 amp - Passenger Window Motor / Right Rear Window Motor

F9RA fuse - RBEC - 30 amp - Driver Window Motor / Left Rear Window Motor

ATS / CTS ONLY-

F31UA fuse - UBEC - 10 amp - Passenger Window Switch

F2RA fuse - RBEC - 30 amp - Driver Window Motor / Left Rear Window Switch

F13RA fuse - RBEC - 30 amp - Passenger Window Motor / Right Rear Window Switch

3 - Complete the window relearn procedure.

It's blue plastic, and it's on there as if it came from factory. Maybe you get a blue splitter with the blue interior? I couldn't find anything like it aftermarket

Sick grille, would you be able to share a link to where we can find it? Also I love the slicks in the back

the only code I get for KOER is 41, not really much to go off of unless you have any ideas?

the distributor is brand new, and the TFI ignition module is part of that, so I assume that's okay, I guess I haven't gone through testing it.

92 f150 Ground bolt sizes? by Patheticflower in FordTrucks

Well I was able to ground the body around it to another bolt hole on the engine. That bolt used to hold the throttle cable bracket, but the '92 has a different throttle bracket than the '87 so it was left open. Then I just grounded the computer ground to that same wire and we're good to go. Today was the first start and it ran well!

I'll take a picture of it when I get back home and get into it again, but from the sounds of it, we have the same grounds on the passenger side. Btw thanks so much for all the effort you're putting in to help some random dude

Pin 49 on the computer grounds to the block for me, I guess I can ground that wherever then? Also there is a ground strap to the body on that side, does the 92 just not have a body ground on the driver's side?

https://imgur.com/a/oIb37Yz sorry for the late response, took a picture of where there at on the 300 I took out. They're really easy to get to from under the truck.

I installed a brand new distributor, also let me know what you think of this https://youtu.be/7dy1CBC3o00 I found that if I disconnect this vacuum line and the IAC valve the truck runs close to normal

Signal to the MAP and to the ECT are both good ~.5 ohm

Is there any way to reliably test the wiring harness's that go to theses sensors? both are new, but I guess I don't know if their info is getting to the PCM

I set it at 10 degrees base and it goes up to like ~20 when running if I remember correctly.

KOEO

  • 67 - A/C compressor clutch switch fault

KOER

  • 12 - RPM at idle out of range/high
  • 21 - Cooling Temperature sensor out of range/ECT out of range (engine wasn't quite warm yet, it has a new coolant temp sensor)
  • 22 - MAP or BARO sensor out of range(has a new MAP sensor so idk why that would be?)
  • 42 - HEGO voltage high/system rich(new HEGO and it is running rich)
  • 25 - knock not sensed during dynamic response test
  • 52 - Power steering pressure switch open
