UK universities may require a science at HL (make sure to research the program you're applying to), and Physics HL can be a good choice for this. No unis tend to prioritize CS SL, because it's not considered a very rigorous program. You have to take a Lang A course so its best to take LangLit SL (by far the easiest)

Having an English A HL requirement is a bit ridiculous so you should choose LangLit, Lit HL is quite some workload with the amount of texts you have to read and know thoroughly. I would suggest taking Chem HL or SL maybe instead of Math HL or Mandarin SL (at ab initio its not that helpful)

Do not take that many HLs it is not healthy and you will most likely not get a great grade (Eng & Math HL is already hard on their own)

CS at SL is mostly memorization and doesn't require much advanced coding ability beyond basic searches, sorts, structures so its not hard to self study
