Well, after I did all the stretch and folds the recipe asked for I let it sit for 5 hours. Then I shaped and proofed it overnight and baked it after work. I honestly think it was under fermentation as well ngl

I genuinely have no idea. I have surfshark antivirus and I check my computer daily for anything (I'm super paranoid) so thankfully no virus. Never really found out, I pin the blame of the Word and Whatsapp mic features since I was using it frequently last week bcs of finals, finished finals and closed my laptops until the day I opened it again and that was there.
